Our new home is nearly ready.
Space. The final frontier. And a luxury we have been without from early in the year. We’re sitting on each other’s laps, we’re delaying start dates for new recruits, 3 of us haven’t had our own desk for 6 months and all because the refurbishment of our new office has been ‘ever so slightly’ delayed.
Our amazing new home at 45 Frederick Street was previously an industrialist’s villa and then a jeweller’s workshop for more than 50 years. It’s one of the oldest buildings in the Jewellery Quarter and has been under development for 10 months, reviewed constantly by the watchful and protective eye of English Heritage. But we will be in before Christmas and the promise of glorious, endless space fills us with joy.
